I believe good leaders never stop learning. Leadership is a process of listening, reflecting, and growing with others. As a student, I try to lead not by being the smartest, but by being open-minded and willing to learn from everyone around me. Through the leadership camps I participated, I discovered that leadership comes from the willingness to serve and the courage to keep learning. I’m still growing as a leader—one who listens first, acts with purpose, and values collective progress over individual success.
